Why do some wounds turn into scars while others don't?
I don't know! When I have wounds they turn into scars, but I have this classmate that scarred up his face by running into a light pole (I don't know either) and it went away in a week and can't see anything. IT MAGIC lol =]Why do some wounds turn into scars while others don't?
It depends of the type of tissue, the depth of the cut, the immediate first aid technique etc.
Scars are made of collagen and some people synthesize collagen faster than others and therefore heal/ scar quicker.

I have to worst acne ever! I keep buying cream and stuff to make it go away and it sometimes works but I also start to get acne scars. How do I get rid of these scars? I have visited a dermatologist for my acne which she prescibed this creme for me. It worked for quite sometime, but then it started to make my skin all dry. I need help! to help minimize the scars use liquid vitamin E you can either break the little liquid filled capsules of vitamin E that you can buy at any drug store or you can buy it as liquid in the health food store. just use it on the scars twice a day it should help

But most scars become less noticeable over time, so if you can make the acne go away, hopefully the scars will improve themselves.

Acne Scars can be removed through surgery and surgery alone. My advice, be beautiful on the inside.

What creme have you used for scars that really work??
I have heard of Mederma, 100% Cocoa Butter Stick, and recently-- I heard of opening a Vitamin E pill and put it on the scars.

I got a scar on my face that needed to be removed by plastic surgeon and it was small deep scratch that darkened and bubbled, the scar butter took it of,it save my mom at the time $2,500. the surgeon wanted to deflat he bubble; than repair my skin, I CALL SCAR BUTTER A miracle in a jar.

Palmer's makes a pure vitamin E oil product, and it works! I used it on my face for acne scars. It comes in a glass bottle with a medicine dropper to dispense the oil. When using it on your face you want to use very small amounts because it is oil and will clog your pores, for your legs, I'm not sure the amount, I would make sure to read the bottle and make sure you aren't allergic to anything and if it interests you.
I got it at Meijer, as far as I know Wal-mart has it as well. I'm sure any store that sells Palmer's brand would have it, they also have wonderful lotions.
Use pure Vitamin E oil (available at drug stores and health food stores) on the wound before it closes. You won't have a scar. Use the cocoa butter stick to get your color back.
If you already have a scar, it's too late unless you get surgery.
