What do I do about acne scars?

I have some acne scars on my face and it's really embarrassing and I feel self conscious all the time because of it. There isn't anything else wrong with how I look expect for acne scars on my face. Is there ANYTHING I can do to make it go away or are they truly permanent?





btw I'm not gay, some people say that self concious guys are gay but I'm not gay.What do I do about acne scars?
