If they are fairly small, use Vitamin E on them (break open capsules or buy in bottle form). You can also use Coconut Butter lotion.
If they are large, raised or older, contact your doctor and see if they can be reduced by plastic surgery or laser.I have scars on my arm and I had them for a couple of months. How do i get rid of them?
Do all of this list:
01) Wash your face every hour, use an anti bacterial soap.
The best soap against bacteria is ';Safe Guard'; - don't worry the price of that soap is not expensive.
02) Exercise everyday try to run/walk 1-4 miles everyday to make you sweat when you sweat you will notice all of your acne become larger and it will just pops up, and after it pops up wash your face with the soap. I recommend that you should apply the area with alcohol to cleans the bacteria and use a cotton tip not the cotton balls to the open wound. Don't apply the alcohol where there is no open wound. Alcohol is not safe to your skin that can cause dryness, and more.
03) Drink 4-8 litters of water a day.
Best tip to finish your drink is to exercise and when you exercise you always feel thirsty and start drinking water.
Never drink cold water, just drink warm water. Warm Water is better than cold water.
04) Full your self with water before eating your meal.
05) Start sleeping early.
Recommended Time: 8PM-5AM or 9PM-6AM
06) Make sure your body consume more 80% water and
10% solid food or less.
07) Stop eating too much sweets.
08) Make sure your bed is always sanitize and change your pillow case and bed cover most of the time.
09) Clean your house in order to have a safe environment.
10) Always take a shower before you go to sleep.
11) Wash your teeth before you go to bed because sometimes when you sleep your saliva is coming out on your mouth and goes to your face, pillow cover, and bed that cause infection.
You will notice after a month there will have a change.I have scars on my arm and I had them for a couple of months. How do i get rid of them?
Scars will normally lighten with time, but depending on their severity, they may never completely go away. Raised scars are typically harder to get rid of than mere discolorations. Some people swear by bleaching agents or going in the sun to lighten discolorations. As for raised ones, there are creams and silicone patches that promise to get rid of them. I've had luck with neither.
Good luck.
try exercising.
Well why dont u get some scar treatment medicine from a Pharmacy, thats all i can tell you.
Meredema works really well
Coco butter will help reduce the apperence of scars but will not totatly get rid of them I had got a moter cycle burn on the inside of my ancle, and used it, it's still visible but not as much as it was before. And that neosporian scar stuff really helps also.
buy the vitamin E tablets
and open them and rub the liquid on ur skin. its really oily but its great for ur skin..and it works wonders on scars
It's expensive, but Maderma is supposed to be really good at reducing scars. Not sure what will completely get rid of them, but it should help. Good luck.
buy a bottle of vitamin e oil to rub on them. it doesn't always make every scar go away completely but it has some of mine and others have faded so much you can barely see them.
