How do i get rid of scars, keloids etc?

have some keloid scars from acne. how can i get rid of them?How do i get rid of scars, keloids etc?
I have keloids too.


I have been reading some stuff.


And it said that you cant actually get rid of it.


The best thing you can do is go to the doctor for some cortisone injections (steroids) and/or use mederma.


I dont actually know if mederma will really help though.


I havent tried it before.


And the scar will never disappear, depending on what you use it can lighten.


Or there are home remedy solutions like:


-Hydrogen Peroxide+Baking soda which you can mix and make paste with and put in on your keloid, re-apply as necessary.


-Apple cider Vinegar apply it on your keloid and let dry, applu every half hour for several hours a day. If it is too strong dilute with water.


-Aspirin+Water, crush up the aspirin and add water to it and make paste, re-apply as necessary.


-Potassium Iodide (SSKI) apply to your keloid and re-apply as necessary. You can buy this at a fish store.
