What would be a more effective way to fade scars?

taking a Vitamin E capsul??? or rubbing vitamin E on the scar???. ( Dont tell me vitamin E wont fade scars, if you dont believe it works just dont comment)What would be a more effective way to fade scars?
Try doing both at the same time - the body works best from the inside out but a little help from the outside in never hurt!!





Also try mixing the capsule with some moisturizer it will help the vitamin E sink in better rather than just rubbing it straight on - any moisturizer will do but something with vitamin E in already (such as Palmer's Cocoa Butter or something) will just add to the healing process.





And when taking a capsule make sure it's when you eat so the vitamin is absorbed better.
