McCain had the worst campaign I've ever seen. Obama had the best I've ever seen, which is a very good thing, because I believe Obama needed a knock out campaign to win.

No-it looked like the worse case of affirmative action around. Giving a job over to an inexperienced person because of his race and not because of experience. I'd say that the powers that exist within the democratic party (ex-media types, probably) did indeed make the powers that exist within the republican party (oil barons, cattle franchises, etc) look like rookies.
