due to breakouts, my skin is not even toned. it has black spots allover. how can i make them go away, without messing with my skin color?How clear my acne scars?

I will take a dermatologists to do the trick.
Probably the best way to lighten them is through laser treatments, however, a more inexpensive tx. is bleaching creams, dermabrasian, glycolic acid treatments.... use at least a sunblock strength of at least 15-20.
