and there's a thing called quinoderm which gets rid of my spots over night. i just leave it on while i sleep. i think you can buy it at chemists

emmm i dont really want to see pics of spots thanks, but the best thign to help clear up your skin will be a skin peeling cream you will get from docs, cant remember the name but something like paraoxyl adn you get different percentages of strength.





After you have been using for a long time if it doesnt help they will refer you to a dermatologist.





Scars on face are difficult to get rid off once you have them, i have same prob, but you can use bio oil at night and it helps.





At night time properly scrub your face and then put on toothpaste to the red sore spots and leave to dry, sleep on it and it will have dried them up by morning.
once a week=





-Start with a grapefruit-peel it and eat it even if u hate it..put the rinds in a bowl with some water and bring 2 a boil with a lid. take off heat and hold your head over the bowl for 5 min.( it opens pores and the grapefruits good 4 u)





-mix facewash(clean and clear is great) with a little salt and scrub hard,just not 2 hard (it cleans out pores)





-splash with clod water (close pores)





- use an oil free moisturizer (VEEEEERY IMPORTANT!) i recomend the day and night ones from clean and clear





_wash face 2 times daily and moisturize after
wash your face, then put a treatment on, then moisturise in the morning and night.


good face washes are Vichy Normaderm and neutrogena visibly clear face washes. if you are in the UK, Boots skin clear range is very good and cheap.


for a treatment, clean and clear advantage gel is very good from what iv heard. or you could try tea tree oil. use a few drops diluted with water, and let it dry.


for moisturiser, try something that won't irritate your skin. Cetaphil and Simple are good brands. i also really like RoC hydra + bio active moisturiser for combination skin. its about 拢11.


also, try taking zinc tablets or a multivitamin, and drink a lot of water and eat properly. apples are good for your skin.

you would probably have to get some fading crean for the scars.! Ma younger sister uses this clean %26amp; clear blemish cream or something like that, because she has a lot of acne and scars...........her face is clearing up.! Try It.! Ma lil sister is 13 though.!
dont listen to the peeeling cream advice cuz youre only sixteen.
