the dermatologist have this treatment called microdermabrasion/diamond peel and it's painless and takes an hour or even less to finish the procedure..you need to have 10 sessions to see best results but then again, it's kinda expensive per treatment session. but if you have the money to burn, why not? ;)

The only 1 i know so far is the Aveeno spot treatment. It comes in a long tube thats green. U can put it on day or night. It might take a minute 2 go away, but they do fade.
Take one spoon of rice floor and add sufficient amount of rose water to make a pack. apply it on the face where you have dark marks. leave for 15mins and then wash with cold water. try this for a month. it will help.
