I was wondering if someone pour acid in ur face and u are scared, is it possible to heal from it and how longIs it possible to heal from scars from burning acid?
Acid causes chemical burns. The severity of the burns depends upon the strength of the acid and the time of exposure - if it gets rinsed off right away, the burn will be minimal.
Second degree burns (with blisters) will leave a scar, and there isn't much you can do about it. Third degree burns require a skin transplant, and that leaves scarring too.
If the acid was weak enough and you have no pain, you have nothing to worry about. But it would be a good idea to wash it off anyway.
