Looking for a foundation/concealer/whatever that provides great coverage against acne+a few acne scars?

I need something that will give me great coverage. Not bar minerals please.


So any reccomendations?


Also, since i hardly ever wear any makeup, i know nothing about putting it on. How should i do that? thanks!

Dont waste your money on foundation. They are all the same!





Avoid the very cheap ones because they have alot of chemicals (than usual) but get a average one.





The BEST foundation is the one that is one or two shades darker than your natural colour.

I know you didn't say any bare minerals, but they make a product for blemishes in powder form that's friggin genius.





if you want a good concealer, you'd probably want to stick with anything that neutrogena makes, they have a clear skin line that contains salicylic acid, which sucks the oil right out of your skin while concealing blemishes at the same time.





always put your concealer on first and then I would follow with a loose powder foundation. pressed powder has wax and oil in it as a binding agent (to keep it's shape in the compact) all of which are really bad for your skin.





apply concealer by dabbing it on with your ring finger. blend the edges out gently with your finger or a natural hair brush, and follow by doing a full sweep with a bigger brush.

its well worth the price and u dnt look like ur wearing anything.....as long as u dont get like 4 shades lighter/darker


it actually lightens the acne scars

i had a scar i got on the side of my jaw and had stitches and it never went away, even after 7 years, it just faded some


well i was using bare minerals, and wahla


in a month, it was just this faded white line, and since im really white, u can almost not c it


also, u dont feel it cuz its not thick/goopy/sticky





it is a powder, but it covers better then a liquid foundation





and for best results, if u have a red or swollen zit, use an eyeshadow brush, (or something like it, bare minerals sells some specifically 4 this 2) and dab it on the spot and its gone...till u wash the makeup off

I use it for my acne and acne scars, and it covers it completely. And it feels like I have nothing on. It's amazing. Truly. =)
I think that C D Christain Dior is GREAT! Pricy but great. I tried it and it gave a glow to my face but hid all flows including acne scars. :) its' about 45$
